Vintage Pinecone Ornament
4MSRP: $9.99
The Story Behind
Inspired by our favorite forest friends, the Vintage Woodland Collection is made from blown glass and decorated to replicate the mercury finish of traditional Victorian ornaments. With their rustic charm and simple beauty, these pieces invite the seasonal spirit of the natural world into your home.Measurements: 2.5 X 2.5 X 3 (HxLxW)

Each glass ornament is mouth-blown into finely carved molds

A solution of hot liquid silver is added for exceptional color and vibrance

Ornaments are then hand-painted and hand-glittered for a fine finish

Nice
The item itself is beautiful, but unlike the other reviewers, and from what's photographed, I expected a bit more coloring. To me, it's not a subdued patina, I feel it's a dull patina.
Captures antique patina
These lovely pinecones are beautiful and work especially well in the upper half of the tree. The subdued patina belies the new manufacture, which is what I was hoping for. I will have to add more of your "Vintage" collection to mine.
Old World indeed - just love it
Beautiful patina softly reflects the tree lights, exquisite plump pinecone shape. Love, love, love.. Silvery glow, gently defined bristles. Looks elegant and timeless on my tree. Reminds me of my grandparents' ornaments brought from Holstein in the 1880's.
Old World Christmas
Hi- Timeless elegance and old world charm are what our Vintage Collection is all about. The Vintage Pinecone showcases the beauty of this collection perfectly.
Vintage pinecone
This is a lovely golden-toned pinecone with light snow frosting that reminds me of the same ornaments we had as children. It is more beautiful than the pictures can capture. It was packed well in an individual box. I have been very satisfied with Old World Christmas ornaments.
Old World Christmas
Hi Renee- This is definitely one of the classics of the OWC line and reminiscent of years gone by. This is definitely a beautiful, timeless piece.
