OWC 2024 Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

While Santa and his sleigh might be perfectly on time, shipping carriers don’t guarantee delivery by or on a specific day. Our shipping deadlines offer the best chance of your order arriving before Christmas morning. Keep in mind, though, that these are just guidelines - holiday magic (and peak shipping times) can sometimes cause unexpected delays. Plan ahead to ensure your gifts are under the tree in time for the big day! Please note shipping deadline date and time.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: $6.95 for orders $0-$74.99 and free for orders $75+.
  • International shipping prices vary depending on destination and shipping option chosen. While these prices may seem high please note OWC shipping charges do not include taxes, customs, duties or fees.
  • Old World Christmas makes every effort possible to ship out all orders within 1 to 4 business days of receiving it. Please note that during peak season (Nov-Dec) these times may be longer. 
  • Orders placed after normal business hours will be received the following business day.  If overnight or 2 day shipping is selected it will go out the same day if the order is received before 11am EST / 8am PST. It will be the next business day if the order comes in after 11am EST / 8am PST. We do not operate on the weekends or holidays.
  • Old World Christmas has its office headquarters in Spokane, WA.  Most orders are shipped from our Chicago, IL warehouse with some items being shipped from Spokane as well.  Based on stock, some orders could be shipped from both locations in separate packages.  Nearly all shipments in the continental US make it to its destination in 5-10 business days.
  • Our standard shipping and handling charges cover processing your order, handling and packaging, and delivering to you.
  • We currently ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. At the rates listed above. In addition we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Cost for international orders varies wildly from country to country and is determined at checkout.
  • Once orders are placed, there is a chance we may be unable to make amendments or cancellations.  There is a 2-hour window to contact us to make any changes to the order.  After 2 hours, we are unable to make any edits or cancel. If you wish to make changes or cancel, please send an email immediately to customerservice@oldworldchristmas.com.
  • Once a shipment has left our facility it is the responsibility of our shipping partners. Please refer to your tracking email for the shipping carrier for your shipment. Old World Christmas will not be held responsible for situations outside our control. Examples may include but are not limited to:
    • Provided an incorrect address
    • Missing boxes that are confirmed by the carrier
    • Delivery delays due to weather or other acts of God.

Return

  • All claims made from purchases on www.oldworldchristmas.com must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and include the original receipt.        
  • Depending on the circumstances Old World Christmas will either refund the card used for the order or send out a replacement
  • If the item was damaged, defective, missing, or shipped incorrectly the refund will include the shipping cost paid at the time the order was placed only. Should Old World Christmas require the customer to return a package to Old World Christmas a prepaid shipping label will be provided by Old World Christmas.    
  • All other returns will be accepted but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.       
  • All returns must contain the original packaging and be in good condition. Once the return has been received it may take up to 10 business days to process the return and credit back the card that was used for the original order.
