How do I become a an authorized retailer?
If you own a retail store or website we would love to work with you. Please visit our retailers site and fill out a short dealer application. Once your application is approved (1-2 business days) you will be able to see wholesale pricing and begin placing orders.
How/Why set up an account?
While it is not required to set up an account to place orders for individuals it is strongly recommended especially if you place multiple orders. This will allow you to:
- Build and manage your wishlist
- Track order status
- Save your contact information for subsequent orders
- Access order history
- To setup an account is easy. Simply select current account when checking out the first time and complete the required fields.
What is the wishlist and how does it work?
If you are not ready to place an order but would like to keep track of your favorites please take advantage of our wishlist feature. You can mark any item on the website and create a list to reference. This list can be used to move items into the cart at any time.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you can’t remember your password please use the “reset your password” option by using our password recovery page. If you are not able to reset your password then please contact our customer service department at email@example.com or chat with us on our website.
What is the story behind Old World Christmas?
Old World Christmas is the premier brand of Christmas ornaments in the United States. The founders, Tim and Beth Merck, a couple who shared a special love for Christmas, are credited with revitalizing the art of mouth-blown fine glass ornaments as a result of their reintroducing figurative designs to the United States in 1979.
For nearly 40 years, Old World Christmas has offered the most extensive and best-loved collection of glass figurative Christmas ornaments. We currently have over 1,400 proprietary designs in the active line ranging from traditional to whimsical. Our vast selection of finely crafted and affordable ornaments offers many choices to fit your personality or style. In addition we offer vintage style night lights.
How do I find a retired piece?
Unfortunately, when an item has been retired Old World Christmas no longer has any stock available of that particular market. Typically, the only way to find a retired ornament is to search 3rd party sites to see if anyone may have the particular item that you are in search of.
How long before an item that is out stock becomes available?
Old World Christmas does its best to keep a robust selection available on our website. However, from time to time we will be out of stock of some styles. When this happens it is very difficult to say how long an item may be unavailable it could be one or two weeks or several months.
If we are out of stock on the item you want to purchase we will direct you one of our many exceptional retailers around the country and online to see if they have the item in stock. Please see our dealer locator.
What forms of payment do we take?
Old World Christmas accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Does Old World Christmas offer personalized/customized ornaments?
We offer personalized or custom ornaments only for wholesale or commercial customers. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a project you are interested in.
Does Old World Christmas charge sales tax?
We do charge sales tax in accordance with all state and local laws whenever applicable.
Where is Old World Christmas located and where are the packages shipped from?
Old World Christmas is headquartered out of Spokane, WA. All orders are sent from this location.
Where does Old World Christmas ship to?
Currently, Old World Christmas ships to over 100 countries worldwide.
How will the ornaments come packed?
Old World Christmas takes great pride in professionally packaging each ornament individually in an Old World Christmas gift box. The gift box not only protects the ornament but also makes a lovely gift.
Does Old World Christmas offer expedited shipping.
Unfortunately, not at this time. In the future we do plan on offering several shipping options. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to pick from several options based on your budget and time frame.
What is the status of my order?

What do I do if my ornament arrives broken or damaged?
In the unlikely event that your ornaments arrive damaged or you have a problem with your shipment, please refer to our Return Policy!
